TOURNAMENT HISTORY
According to Warren Buffet…. “Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago”.
This quote nicely describes the history of the Heart of the Hills Golf Tournament! The “tree” that was planted in the late 1930’s was an amateur golf tournament -- held annually in Kerrville -- the "Heart of the Texas Hill Country". Today we sit in the shade of the HOH tree and enjoy the golf and the fellowship that make this tournament such a fun and enjoyable week.
